Great family experience, the grounds were excellent. The staff was very attentive, personable, professional, fun and truly made the experience. Remembering the resort is all inclusive so drinks and food are included. We had trouble getting into dining restaurants at the front of hotel as dinner starts at 6 and there are no reservations. The lines can get pretty long and if you’re not there by 7:30 might as well head to buffet. But all in all between buffet and food court you should be ok. Good drinks, casino and splash park is a short walk. I would and will return with this resort being at the top of my list. Thanks for the experience RIU!

I have no complaints except for one. The beach was horrible. It had a foul smell. A lot of brown dead seaweed, which gave off a horrible Smell. They were trying to keep it clean. I've noticed they pile the stuff up and discard it, which is a plus. I think next time i will pick a different month (not July) to come when the seaweed isn't an issue.

People are so friendly and kind. Food is good. Rooms are clean and spaces. I would come back to this resort.
