Waterfront Cottage with Dock & Boat Lift

Seneca Sunrise is a lakefront, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on the west side of Seneca Lake. We pride ourselves on being very responsive to our guests and our property being extremely clean and organized. Sleeps 8 with two queen size and 4 twin beds (bunk beds, bottom ok for adults, top bunks intended for children). Beautiful open concept kitchen, dining and living room with spectacular views of the lake. Dock and boat lift (2000 pound max) available to renters. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Linens provided. Washer and dryer available. Flat screen TV with cable, wireless internet and Netflix. Air-conditioning upstairs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Gas and charcoal grills, 2 one person kayaks, water floats and an assortment of life vests. Within easy driving distance to shopping, wineries, breweries, entertainment, golf, antiquing and marinas/boat launch ramp. Lake is only 40 feet from the front door with no steps down to the water.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television with Netflix is provided, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
