The first two nights I could not sleep. There was a problem with some door supposably that the engineer said it was howling and whistling for literally two days two nights it’s not until I spoke to 3 managers and said I was going to leave that it got sorted out

Every day I had to chase the housekeeping department asking when the room would be serviced. When they finaly came to the room it was after 4.00pm. Room wasn't dusted or vacuumed for ten days. Curtians were broken and after numerous times asking the housekeeping department to repair them I had to ask to talk to the manager regarding these issues. They gifted us a $100 dining credit and two bottles of juice but after check out they charged my credit card the $100 dining credit which I'm still waiting to be credited back.

We were so glad to have picked this hotel, it was unfortunate though that we were there during the alfred cyclone! The team mitch and dave and kim done everything they could to make our stay pleasant especially that we have little kids! Thank you kim for all those thoughtful things you done for my daughters birthday! Appreciate it! Hopefully see you all the next time!

We were at a function in house so it was convenient. The staff were superd, every single one of them were friendly & very helpful. The only thing we found lacking was a lounge or a bar to hang out at in the hotel after we had dinner in the restaurant. We had to leave the hotel for that and would have preferred to stay in the comfort of the hotel.

We stayed at Hilton surfers paradise during Cyclone Alfred, in fact with flight cancellations we are still staying at the Hilton. They’ve been absolutely amazing, we came over for my son’s 9th birthday and the staff were absolutely amazing. It didn’t matter which staff we dealt with they were awesome! They went above & beyond for my son’s birthday!! I would recommend the Hilton to everyone!! We have a 3 bedroom apartment for the 5 of us (4 Adults, 1 child) it’s an amazing set up and has worked extremely well for us! I can’t thank all the staff that have been here working rather than being at home safe with their families and looking after their homes.
