The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful rooms with fantastic views, although a few small things are broken or need repair. However, these caused no problem with our stay.

Great stays, lovely view of the beach. Very clean, spacious, plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. Nice area, excellent heated indoor pool, close to surfers paradise. All good, nothing to complain.

I have never been satisfied with a stay like i did with a hi surf the view was amazing the beds are comfortable its really clean apartment it has everything we needed as a family i will definitely choose it again if i decide to travel to goldcoast again :)

Apartment was not the one in the picture as the view wasn't that great. The apartment was dusty at arrival There is construction happening in front of the apartment, hence very noisy. Air con located at the kitchen, not enough for both bedrooms. It was very hot at night in both bedrooms. Overall, disappointing experience
