Book First Street Metromover Station hotels

The best thing is the location and nice staff. Tv and the phone in the room didn't work. The room wasnt the cleanest either, lots of stain in the bed. after we went to the beach, we asked for our room to be cleaned cause we had a bit of sand in the room; after we came back, we could still feel the sand in the floor. Pool wasnt really clean either, lots of leaves +bugs.

The rug wos very dirty,hair everywhere in the floor!

Excellent hotel, staff was great, food and breakfast we cheap and exactly what we needed. the rooms are rustic/modern, clean and well taken care of! We will be returning.

Totally not worth the overpriced rates. Beach chairs and umbrellas are extra fee, the spa has an extra fee. The amenities and entertainment is overcrowded since it’s open to the public so everything is crowded, expensive and not accommodating. The staff is very cold and business oriented almost feels that they are doing you a favor by staying there. I left my room before 7am and got a bill a few days later for $450 of late check out!! Didn’t received a notification of the charge or invoice just the charge on my credit card. I am still waiting for that credit! Not a good stay/experience at all!!!

Nice, very efficient hotel in a great neighborhood. If you’re attending an event at the Kaseya Center, this is where you want to stay.
