I paid $80 for a night here. The location and price was great, but other than that this place was miserable. Biggest issue was how dirty everything was. I’m not a stickler for cleanliness, but I feel they should at least vacuum the room and remove spiderwebs from the ceiling. Really nothing in the room felt clean and it was a 50/50 chance that the sheets were actually replaced. The hallway leading up to the room look like it was from a saw movie. The carpet and walls were all stained, and we got put on the second floor which is only accessible by a set of switchback stairs. After you check in you have to drive to a sketchy lot behind the hotel. The area around it isn’t safe and there wasn’t much lighting so we had to bring all our bags up to the second floor which sucked after a day of driving. I booked this place with low expectations and just wanted a spot to lay down for the night with no frills. What I got was an experience that was so bad that if it wasn’t already late by the time I got there, I would have booked a new place and just ate the cost.. I would recommend not staying here unless you absolutely have to. The only reason this isn’t one star is once again because it was cheap and the location was good.

The phone operator was not very responsive to my call regarding the shuttle service. Once a text message came through the response was every fifteen minutes. An hour later when I called again after being ignored on previous calls or put on hold for over fifteen minutes I was told every hour. If I was told that from before I would not have waited 90 minutes and find a taxi. Eventually a man answered and asked where I was. He called the driver who almost missed me waving at him. Then the desk receptionist was rude saying yes it's every hour. Other than that my stay was okay

The facility is on two floors with no elevator. Making it difficult if you have heavy luggage to bring to the second floor. The staff at the front was nice to have offered to help me carrying my luggage.

We had the deluxe room which was very roomy. We were a party of 4 adults and the room had everything we needed in it. Front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful and is located close to the airport.

We stayed for one night after flying in for a cruise. We had stayed here a few years ago when it was under a different owner/franchise. It was acceptable then and now it is much improved. Renovated, cleaner, better a/c with a very friendly staff. There is a sports bar attached, which was good, and an IHOP and McDs on either side. A breakfast buffet for an additional cost but it was cheaper than going to IHOP. It was typical of most hotel buffets in selection but tasty. The airport shuttle was timely and being able to book a shuttle to the cruise ship at a reasonable price was the biggest draw. We highly recommend this Ramada for travelers in transit and next time we cruise out of Miami we’ll be staying here again.
