I didn’t like how the room we were in didn’t have a microwave or fridge. We had to go to the vending machine area everytime we wanted to heat something up and half the time the microwaves wouldn’t work. Other than that it was nice.

Well it was either someone at Miami Airport RAMADA or EXPEDIA that compromised my credit card. Concierge disappeared with my card for 5 min at around 11 Am, then at 8:20 pm a fraudulent charge was made. So i will never do business with either company again.

Not worth it

We were not in formed they don’t have elevators. No one offered to help us (seniors) to lug our very heavy luggage up stairs. Two young ladies staying there helped us with luggage. We were told they offer shuttle to and from airport as well to Miami port. Not explaining the shuttle to port is $12 each way. $12.00 buffet was horrible, food was cold and not not tasty.
