Decent accomodation nearby the airport at a reasonable price. Overall room was clean and spacious enough, good shuttle service to airport, mcdonald nearby or pub nearby for a quick meal.

It was ok

Although the room was large, you had to pay 3xtra for a feidge and microwave. The floor had screws to hold down some tiles. One sink was cracked and water pressure was iffy. If you want breakfast they charge more, if you want to check in a little early they charge more.

The Customer Service was awesome. The rooms are spacious, clean and has all of the essentials. There was a stench of urine that turn my stomach.

Nice hotel right next to the airport going on a cruise booked on Expedia price was definitely right plenty of parking also next to a few restaurants and a restaurant attached to the hotel so that's nice. Very Nice heated pool and clean hotel all the way around staff very very nice little bit of a English barrier with some of The room attendants but nothing Google translate can't solve also easy online check-in and check out over all a 10 out of 10 what definitely stay again if you're going on a cruise out of Miami This is a nice option ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room was cleaned and prepared very well. The shuttle service to and from the airport is Reliable. Mac Donalds and Subway only Steps away. Dinks and snacks, sandwich machines on premises. Breakfast available. Parking available.

I arrived at the Miami airport and after walking a mile and all the customs I finally got out front at 6:10 looking for my Ramada Inn shuttle bus. 62 minutes later I'm all by myself for the last 15 minutes. They left me out in that boiling sun and when I got to the hotel they have two shuttles but only choose to run one an hour. In the meantime, Best Western had three go by within that hour. Guess where I'm staying from now on ? Then three groups go up to the check-in counter. The first guy, a single guy. He asked every question under the sun & the woman at the front desk looked like she was having tea or something. She could have gone over to the other side and said and what do you need because she just stood there chatting while he was filling out the form and did nothing. I was prepaid. All I needed was my room key and take the credit card number and my signature. I would have been done in a minute. The last question he asked was what time does the pool close? She said 8:00. I look at the clock it's 20 minutes of. I should have been at the motel at 6:30 and I would have had an hour and a half in that pool. As it was. I was desperately looking forward to that and couldn't use it. To be treated with such a disrespect and they don't have the refrigerator, they don't have a microwave. Worst stay EVER !

This hotel is very convenient to get to the airport ... also the old tim bar is a gem However there is a guy that does the aiport shuttle ( mature white guy with black an gray beard) he sucks terrible service from him.
