(PLEASE READ) I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience in Miami was absolutely terrible. The room we were initially given was dirty, the lights didn’t work, and we were forced to move all of our belongings to a different room that was not like the one we booked. While we were in the process of moving our things, the staff entered the old room without our permission, stole my Cartier ring, and “claimed” they threw away the rest of our belongings. We did not return the old room key at the time because we were still moving, and when I specifically asked when we should bring it down, they said there was no specific time frame, which now seems like a deliberate tactic to steal guests’ belongings. Another guest I spoke to mentioned having very similar complaints, which makes me believe this may be a recurring issue. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful, and housekeeping never came. The hotel felt unsafe, with homeless people lingering outside. The new room they moved us into also had serious issues: the hot water stopped working and most of the time there were maintenance workers in the room who could not communicate in English. I also ended up with bug bites all over my body from the conditions in the hotel and had to take all of my clothes to a dry cleaner while on vacationThis hotel is DIRTY,UNSAFE and full of false advertising. The entire stay was ruined by theft, maintenance problems, and unprofessional staff. Do not waste your money here!

It’s right next to Miami international so there’s not much they can do about the noise. For the price it was very conveniently located, very clean, and well laid out. They did thoughtfully provide ear plugs, and my husband enjoyed the bar.
