⸻ I had a great stay at Embassy Hotel .The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. We picked this location because we had previously stayed at Embassy Suites at other locations before and had good experiences, this one was a bit disappointing. Keep in mind Miami is a party town and so the courtyard setup that normally works is put to its limit for noise levels here, we could definitely still hear the party going in the courtyard until around 10:30pm. The breakfast was very good and the lines really we not very long, even at their "peak" time of 830pm on. The biggest issue we experienced was that we booked this location specifically because of the shuttles both to the Airport and the cruise port- neither worked out. We waited the full 30 minutes forb

We stayed for 1 night before heading to the port for a cruise. The embassy Suite and shuttle drivers that picked us up from airport and that took us to port were amazing and quick. The staff at hotel were average. The room looked clean but my husband found a live roach. Never going back.
