Very clean,very nice and helpful staff. We absolutely loved staying here. This is our "Go To" hotel now when we're in Miami. The only downfall that i can say is they charge you to park your car, its not included in the price of the stay.

Hotel is only a short trip from the airport. Ammenities are excellent. Pool was clean and accessible. Great view of planes taking off and landing as they fly overhead. However, it can also be noisy sitting in the pool as a result. But a great vantage point for sure! Great value for the price, as breakfast is included as well as 2 drink tickets for happy hour each night with light appetizers (nachos and veggies). An added bonus for sure! Hotel is very popular amongst cruisers and can be quite busy. Live entertainment was at the hotel during our stay which was a nice addition. We would definitely stay here again! Good value for sure!

We arrived after midnight, but had pre-coordinated a late arrival. Elsa, the night clerk, was outstanding. Very professional with great service. The room was great, very clean. Great made to order breakfast as well as evening bar/snacks. We will definitely use that hotel again.

This place is great, stayed after my cruise and it was clean and beautiful inside. Shuttle took us for food and shopping. Staff was a little dry and short with you but my stay was good. The manager reception was good met great people. Shuttle to airport was great didn’t wait long but they need to have more than 1 shuttle running early in the am and free coffee in the lobby would be great. I would definitely stay again.
