You expect airport noise, but theres a TRAIN going past with its HORN BLOWING as it goes through town. 6 something am, it blew by 4 TIMES in approximatelyA 40 MINUTE PERIOD. VERY NOISY. Thats a TRAIN, going through town, REPEATEDLY BLOWING ITS WHISTLE EVERY 10 MINUTES! ELECTRONIC PHONE WAIT LIST FOR CHECK IN DOES NOT WORK. They will put you on a list which you can monitor on your phone, but the electronic list does not work properly. After an hour and 19 minutes of 4 people ahead of me and the number on the wait list on my phone not changing , finally asked reception, and my room had been ready. If you do go to this hotel, FREQUENTLY VERBALLY CHECK IN WITH RECEPTION...knowing the phone wait list does not work, or youll be sitting there in the lobby needlessly. I had been checked into my room over 4 hours when the phone wait list informed me my room was ready! Hotel is attractive, but several pieces if furniture take away from atheistics...damaged. Very clean room with exception of toilet paper, which had a half dollor size wet spot permanenting the roll. I threw it away and replaced with new roll. What was that wet spot?? Gross! And you know how the end of the roll is usually attractively folded? The end was pinched up like trash...not folded. Other than that, very clean. Evening free reception scanty. Chips, salsa, celery, broccoli and blue cheese. 2 free small drinks. Nice staff.

This hotel was an excellent stay! The room and bed were spotless, everything smelled fresh, and the entire place was very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend!

I liked the daily made to order breakfast included with the stay. I liked the daily social event in the evenings where you can mingle with other guests with free drinks and finger food provided as well as a singer on Friday evening. I liked the secured parking, but was not aware that it was not included with my stay. I did not like that there was no pool and nothing nearby because it is located in a commercial location.

Room super spacious which was great. And pool & hot tub were clean and not very crowded. We got in early so was able to do early check-in for a reasonable price. The only dope part is it is near the hotel so we are right on the flight path and it's a busy airport. Is very kid-friendly hotel so they've had a few young children playing ding dong on our door a few times. There's a lovely concert in the atrium and the music definitely reverberated all through the rooms. Luckily it was just one singer and she was very talented so that was nice. There's only one restaurant here I found for the food they're kind of pricey The free drink comps we got would have been great had they have been honored. When we went to use them they said oh that's not for this bar. The hotel only has one bar. So not sure why front desk gave us them and so many of them. Would have been cool to use them. The staff were very friendly and professional so that was nice and that's something that I've experienced at all the Hiltons we've stayed at so far.

There are loads of airport hotels around Miami and I've stayed in a few. First impressions are huge in my opinion. This hotel impressed me right away. Very clean and spacious. All of the staff I encountered were very good and competent. The room was large and could easily accommodate 4 people. There were several sinks with mirrors to use if multiple people had to. The bathroom was more than adequate. Dined in Grill 305 and the food was good. In the morning, breakfast buffet style had many choices and was more than enough to start your day. The airport shuttle is good and free, and runs every 30 minutes. Would I book again, yes!
