Original room 2219 was shocking had a locked cabinet with air conditioning unit it in it and the noise was horse could not of stayed there reception upgraded me to one bed suite which was perfect and paid 80usd to check in at 10am rather than 4pm so was happy thanks x

Great hotel close ish to cruise ports.

This hotel just needs a cold water bottle refill water fountain in the lobby. They just have two containers that were empty both when we checked in and checked out. The restaurant hostess has to refill it and it was too busy so I waited over 20 minutes for water and finally the hostess just asked for my water bottle and refilled it quickly.

Didn’t get room reserved. Couldn’t get anyone in any department to answer phone. TV had to be taken off wall and hooked up. Staff not friendly at all. No sundry store in hotel. No room service. No in room bar! Not luxury at all!
