New and a little inexperienced.

The hotel staff at the reception was very professional and nice, but the staff at the parking area was unprofessional and rude. They said that we hade 5 minutes to unpack ouer rental car otherwise they would charge us 45 USD.

I ordered chicken fingers by the pool and when they came they were literally raw inside. I am not even sure how that is possible when you just deep fried them but they were raw. They did say sorry and tried to bring me new ones but I didn’t want to wait another 45 mins for sub par food. Just go somewhere else to eat lunch.
