Clean room. Very modern infrastructure. Has two elevators. The room AC unit works very well. Bathroom was clean, toilet powerful suction. Staff was very courteous, professional and friendly. Thanks to Alba for helping out. The B & B hotel is conveniently located near to the Miami International Airport. It also located to many nearby restaurants and shopping centers. This is a great place to stay close to the airport.

Staff were friendly and I liked that you didn’t have to have a hold on your card. The cleanliness of the room is what let it down, the floor was noticeably dirty, bath/shower had lots of hair worktops were dirty.

no coffee in room or lobby. Staff not very friendly. Lobby dirty and ants. Room floor not clean yellow stains on floor. Puddle of water for no known reason in middle of night. Room smelled like pinesol overload. very disappointed. Husband said B&B to us stood for basic and broken.

On entrance at check in there didnt seem to be a reception area. What looked like the owners possibly was a few chairs with boxes littered around. We were informed there was no lift (unserviceable) so had to use the concrete stairs on the end if the building. Having a large amount of luggage and none of our oarty being less than 60 it was a difficult task to get it all up to the 3rd floor where our rooms were. That aside the rooms were very large, very clean and comfortable.
