Everything was great. Beach service was excellent. Food was very good. Room was clean. Can’t wait to go back.

Overall, My Experience was great, from the great location and proximity to the beach and the better restaurants in the very popular South Beach. Staff was very accommodating and informative as well.

Love the hotel and staff. They’re very nice. The bartenders are awesome. I wish I would’ve had a better sleep time. The slamming of doors in the morning was my alarm clock when I really needed to sleep after partying all night. I was in the last room next to the exit door. Oh boy that door was so loud when cleaning staff when outside. It was like every 5 minutes. Other than that I love the hotel. Because of that I may have to choose another one next time.
