The rooms are beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged. I loved that housekeeping came twice a day during our stay. I never felt like I had to ask for anything and our needs were anticipated. I do think that cleaning in some areas of the room were a bit neglected. In particular, the walls and the grout in the shower could use some TLC. But all the counter tops and bed and chairs were extremely clean. The resort amenities are lovely and the staff really took care of us. I would love to stay here again. Just be aware that this is a 5 star hotel, so you can expect for incidentals and any services you use during your stay to cost at least 1k. We spent a little more than that on 2 kids and 1 adult. We ordered room service twice and had drinks and food on the beach twice I believe. In addition, I’d like to mention that they are extremely dog friendly and treated our pooch like family. The 250$ dog fee was totally worth it to have our dog with us. I would like to give a shout out to the woman running the popcorn/shaved ice/coffee and tea cart. She was so sweet and my daughter loved her. I believe her name was Noelia? I’d also like to shout out the doorman, Peter, for being so kind and helpful. I’d also like to shout out Junior on the beach for always having a smile and making sure our beach chairs and umbrellas were to our liking.
