Family accommodation in South Beach

We arrived for our 4th stay We informed before arrival of the pools would not be available due to the Miami music festival. The first issue is that the Miami music festival is a front for spring break. The music blasted for 12 hours a day starting just after 11am. In our room the noise was so loud you could not ever sleep in the music hours After the first night I went to reception to see could be done, basically they only could offer ear plugs, so management knew of the issue. We could not move any other hotels as all was full. They did try to charge a resort fee although the pool was unavailable and the only access to beach was out the front of the hotel then walk to the next corner down a construction zone and then back to the beach behind the hotel, totally unacceptable The hotel was full of drunken or drug affected patrons in foyer going to and from the pool party event On returning from dinner two nights had to get security to clear a way into the hotel. On Checkout I tried for the second time to discuss my issues with the General manger and after waiting 49 minutes the front office manager appeared to say all hotels have the same sound issues, really our bad luck. After 3 nights of little sleep and living with a continuous spring break party, I expect a 100% refund as this was a total disaster

Les chambres sont plus petites qu’elles ont l’air sur les photos mais elles sont confortables . Pour un court séjour , le rapport qualité prix est bon.

After reading so may negatives reviews, I was apprehensive. The hotel turned out being great for the price. Location is awesome, the pool was great and the staff was suuuuper nice. Bonus point for shower pressure! The bed was also quite comfortable. I’d stay here again for sure

Staff were very friendly, rooms were spacious and clean

No safe or iron in the room but it was advertised there were in our booking description. No amenities: no coffee, no kettle in the room. Not enough towels in the room, noisy bathroom door would wake us up in the middle of the night everytime someone would use the bathroom, only positive thing is the location and the beds were comfortable. Way too expensive: close to CAD $3,000 for 4 nights. I wouldn’t book this hotel again.
