Hotel is located in a great place, walkable to beach and all the good restaurants. Staff is friendly. Since it’s an old building, rooms are not that great and cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast could be better as well.

I just want to say - always trust your gut. When we were choosing hotels for Miami we were choosing between President Hotel and this other hotel we found through Airbnb that had slightly better reviews. Unfortunately, we went with the other one and regretted it on the first night as it was dirty. That when we decided that we will check out of that one and spend the rest of our trip at presidents hotel and THANK GOODNESS WE DID THAT. Right off the start you are greeted with fridnly faces that will let you store your begs before check-in and after checkout. The property itself is beautiful and renovated. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The pool is gorgeous! The breakfast was a pleasant addition that kept us full until lunchtime. Overall, an exceptional experience for the price!

Great staff! Rooms are compact like European options. Breakfast is hearty. Wish there were options for hanging wet items from beach or pool. Also, surprised staff didn’t tidy bedding each day. That would have been nice. Great walking distance to beach and plenty of restaurant options around.
