The staff was extremely rude , they told us we could bring our bags down at 7 am to since our flight was alittle later then they proceed to check us out the hotel without our knowledge and way before 11 am the time they told us and knocked and banged on our door until we left then we we went to get our bags they didn’t want to give them to us acting like we wanted to steal our own luggage . Staff is very dismissive ESPECIALLY if you are POC

absolutely TERRIBLE stay. We will be reporting back to Expedia on this issue. from night one we faced sooo many issues. Hidden fees, smelly rooms, broken tv and phone and cupboards, no cleaning, no dj, smelly area. Worst of all the staff was SO rude. Not even just a lack of customer service but a lack of human decency. They were hostile, rude, disrespectful and made me and my daughter feel unsafe. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Full stop. We came to South Beach Miami with excitement and high expectations. The moment we checked into this hotel, that excitement disappeared completely. The room was shockingly small, cramped, and nothing like what is advertised online or on booking platforms. The photos are misleading. What you see on the internet is not what you get in reality. The biggest failure, and absolutely unacceptable, was the air-conditioning. The window AC unit did not work for our entire two-night stay. The room became unbearably hot at night. My family and I spent both nights sweating, uncomfortable, and unable to sleep properly. This is Miami. A non-working AC is not a minor issue. It is a deal breaker. I complained to the front desk multiple times. The response was careless and dismissive. No fix. No technician. No room change. Nothing. We were simply ignored and left to suffer through the heat. That is not service. That is negligence. Housekeeping was equally poor. The room felt poorly maintained, and the overall condition showed clear signs of neglect. For the price charged, this is unacceptable. During check-in, I personally witnessed another couple having a heated argument with the front desk about the same problems. At the time, I thought they were exaggerating. I was wrong. I experienced exactly what they were arguing about. I genuinely do not understand how this hotel has an 8 rating. Bathroom shower was the worst. There was only half shower door, and the water splashed out pooled in bathroom after every wash. Room phone didn't work. Housekeeping was every 3 days, but even on the 3rd day, the housekeeping wasn't done the whole day until we came back from outside after 5pm. It wasn't convenient at that hour so we had to skip it. So literally no room service for 5 nights except for when we requested additional towels. We also had to request change of bedding because it was dirty when we moved in.

Room was less than desirable. Looked nothing like the pictures. Disheartening to be charged a resort fee for a less than 12 hr stay checked in after 11 pm with be gone before 11 am. Slow check in process. Just not an enjoyable experience!
