Great location, loved the access to beach chairs and bikes to explore! Staff was not very helpful, super expensive to eat (but all hotels/ restaurants are along Ocean Drive), internet down for most of our stay.

There were quite a few issues — the bathroom door and the safe were broken, the beach chairs on the beach couldn’t be used, and we had to carry folding chairs and towels provided by the hotel down to the beach. There was also only one slow elevator, and even though we booked Park Central, we were actually put in the building next door. Still, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Well, although you could see the ocean from the sealed window (partial ocean view) in fairness this hotel is not ocean front. The room was ok, but not good. I could go on about the cleaning procedures but that’s another story. The staff at check in was very friendly, however at check out not at all. They were of course busy, it’s Miami. I was told at check in that valet would be $8 and be charged at check out. They of course wanted a card on file for coincidental ( the initial charge was $300) we didn’t charge anything to the room while there. At check out apparently the charge ~$22 for something (maybe valet both ways? Plus tax? They also charged ~$53 for something else? They didn’t give a receipt at check out just said, “you’re all good” Eric was kinda rude at check out, but I guess that’s just Miami? Anyway we won’t be stopping There on the way back home. By the way. The city of Miami was super fun, although some people in your party might get to drunk.
