The living room area had a window shade that was stuck more than half open, I complained twice and no one showed up until 5pm ghe day before we were leaving… so as this unit was on the first floor we had NO PRIVACY YHE EBTIRE STAY. Staff could care less. 2nd day no housekeeping even though sin was out to “please clean room” then all we got was bath towels after 3 requests, no wash clothes or small towels. Front desk staff “could care less.
