Room was not clean the phone , the iron and the ac was not working properly . The shower in our room was horrible either too hot or too cold , the water pressure was non existent. Had to go down to the front when we had issue the phone was still not fixed when we check out . Never stay there again

We chose Park Central, after a terrible night at the Venezia, based upon reviews and recommendations. It was an excellent choice. We were graciously welcomed, quickly accommodated, and pleasantly served. Tanesha was our first contact and a joy with whom to interact. Her wonderful smile and smooth professionalism engaged and comforted us through our transition. The hotel is perfect, with its multiple restaurant offerings, two pools, many other amenities and a staff so congenial and fun. We plan to return!

The rooms are small but that was expected considering the hotel was built in 1937. I loved the overall architecture of the Park Central and was very satisfied with my stay. The staff was great. I can’t even think of one complaint. My wife and I had a terrific time and will visit again.
