Can’t even begin to explain my experience with this place…. Dirty sheets, hair all over the room, stains on the curtains, looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We asked for a room change and even the other room shown had stains on the sheets. We had no choice and decided to just ask for a sheet change in our room. House keeping was so rude and nasty, first she tried to get me out of the room for a sheet change and I said no, they came in to change the sheets and I watched them throw out about 5 sheets because the ones they had brought in also had stains. No wonder they were trying to get me out the room, because they were going to put another dirty sheet back on and go about their day. Got no accommodation and staff and manager were rude and nasty. They make the lobby and outdoor area really nice to mask all the old dirty rooms. Even the workers said they get complaints everyday about the room and management does nothing. I was so disappointed in my stay here.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in terms of cleanliness. Maintaining the upkeep and cleaning the rooms seems to be a huge afterthought for staff. I was in the room when housekeeping came to clean, she asked if she may enter to clean and I told her yes. Now of course I did not expect her to change the bedding or do much cleaning around the bed as I was in it. However, I did expect for the bathroom and kitchen area to be cleaned which both were not! She provided fresh towels and linens and emptied the trash cans ( with no trash bags might I add) that was it. The floors were not swept or mopped, the bathroom sink, shower and toilet were untouched! The wallpaper was coming off the walls, balcony could use a good power wash. The staff at the restaurant was very nice and welcoming, that was the highlight.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location is great and close to everything however, they put a $200/PER NIGHT hold on your account for a security deposit which I think is ridiculous given that it was more than the room itself costs per night. Other than that one thing I had a great time and experience and would come back.

The property is dated, falling apart and in need of remodel. Furniture is damaged and stained. Room was unkept, not clean. Staff is unattentive, not interested in providing hospitality. This hotel needs new management and investment. Bottom tier experience, not worth the price at all.

I liked that they offered valet parking also the offered drinks upon arrival. Elevators are by key only ( I like and hate that) aesthetically pleasing inside and outside especially at night by the water. Staff are were very knowledgeable, courteous and nice. CONS: $153.90 resort fee, $200 nightly deposit, pool closes at 8pm, no airport shuttle.

My experience started off kind of rocky. Entering into the hotel. I not greeted by any of the staff, I was given a head nod to approach the check in counter. The lady never said hello just asked for my ID. Once I gave her my paper ID. I was then told “SLOWLY & LOUDLY” “I NEED YOUR ID” I confirmed that was my paper ID. I was given my room keys. My room was nothing like the photos online. There were only white walls, no wallpaper, decor etc. I went back downstairs and requested a different room with a bay view. The room overall was better than the first but still not what I expected. Overall the decor of the room was nice. However the cleanliness was poor. The bathroom sink was dirty, like it hadn’t been wiped out from the previous guest.the wallpaper in the bathroom was textured and was DIRTY. It looked like something has spilled on it but it was never cleaned up. The patio was dirty, cigarette ashes were on the table. The shower head did not work proper, and the shower heads were sealed in with cement. Lastly, the aesthetics in the common spaces of the hotel were outstanding. I just wish that much care and effort was put into the rooms. I did enjoy the bias restaurant for lunch and dinner the food was delicious. Overall my experience was a 6/10.

This hotel is very pricey for what it has. The room wity balcony and ocean view was over price. Bed mattress are hard and not comfortable. I paid about $1,400 for our stay I regret it. Also, the deposit that they charge per night is insane. $200 per night? You are not able to dine and have that added towards your deposit.. First and last time. Also, the balcony needed a lot of maintenance and table and chairs were all rusty from sides not comfortable at all. Pictures on the webpage are not what in reality looks at all. Very disappointed.
