We reserved a 2 bedroom suite facing the bay. The suite was spacious but definitely not clean when we checked in. Bed pillows and sheets had sort of stains on them. They replaced them immediately once we told the front desk. Now, the rooms are pretty tired and in desperate need of renovations. TVs were old and for 3 days the TV app box didn’t work. Called many times but couldn’t fix it until a day before we left. The location of the hotel is great though and overall we enjoyed our stay. Staff was very attentive to our needs.

This was a great location! The staff were very nice and the hotel was nice but the rooms could be more updated. The only major issue I had was the maid service not coming into our room everyday to clean. The staff said it was every 2 days? Never heard of that. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The bay view room has got a great view. The room was spacious and the hotel even provided cutlery and hit stove for light meals. The pool has got great atmosphere and the hotel is located very close to the beach. The valet service and engineering service were very prompt.
