The room is a nice size a comfortable sitting chair nice little balcony good air conditioning full length mirror bed was amazing so so comfortable great pillows well stocked mini bar really hot water roomy shower modern vanity plenty of hanging space nice clean smelling room. The hotel itself is right next to South Bank and The QPAC theatres eateries galore within a 10/15 walk, staff are great very friendly.. highly recommend

The size of the pool was ridiculously small considering the area is open to the public through events and the DJ that plays excessively loud music on the weekend. For the cost of the room $300 the view of the train line wasn’t worth spending any time in the balcony. Car parking is $55 which seems pricey. Front desk staff couldn’t answer basic questions regarding the pool area, dining options etc. Proximity to South Bank is the only positive about this place. Definitely won’t be returning or recommending this property

A great property in a very central location. The only thing that drove me crazy was the use of QR codes to do everything that just wouldn’t work at times. It took 20 minutes to try and order room service for my daughter and there was no TV unless you downloaded a chrome casting app, then mirrored your own device off your own Netflix of similar. This was a real hassle and finally after getting it all sorted the connection kept dropping out. We travelled 5 hours and the kids just wanted to get room service and watch a movie and it was a very challenging ask!!! Not what you would expect from such a lovely hotel.
