Downtown Ottawa accommodation with spa

It was a great stay, It feels like home away from home. You have everything you need. It's almost perfect. We are so happy and had a good sleep. Thank you for the Sparkling wine, my niece enjoyed it. 👍👍 I can't have it, I have allergies with alcohol. Our room is very clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Well recommended. I will surely be back whenever I get back to Ottawa. Two thumbs up for reStays Hotel.

Didn’t like the valet parking, as they didn’t disclose the fact that they damaged the vehicle while parking it. They were too busy and very careless with our vehicle. The rest of the stay was good, except for the long check in due to protesters

I had a great stay, the rooms were comfortable and clean and it's in a great location.

I liked the overall look of the hotel and the fact that it was convienient could have had better parking

Staff and location is excellent. Parking at city hall across the street from 6am to 6pm is $20 mon-fri, $2 sat-sun and 6pm to 6am is $2 any day. I recommend Farm Boys for your grocery supplies. The room didn't have a microwave, but if you ask the staff, i wouldn't be surprised if they bring you one. Lots of food options on Elgin st., Bank st. and Byward mkt. Kids loved the pool, which came with hot tub and dry sauna. My 11yo son liked the luxurious feel and character of the place. We appreciated the hotel umbrellas on rainy day.
