The hotel is nice and central to most places in downtown Ottawa. But parking is extremely inconvenient especially if you are disabled. There is an underground lot connected to the hotel but it has height restrictions and only the third level is connected to the hotel. There is also parking at the Rideau Centre, but to access the lot you need to walk to the far side of the mall. In the winter and being disabled it is extremely difficult. The hotel, room and staff were great, parking is the only issue.

Hotel was nice and convenient to downtown. A shame the breakfast was luke warm even after I put my plate under a heat lamp to warm the plate before putting food on it. Stupid idea to have plates on cold window sill. No small lates near pastries. Pool water temp is not warm enough. Cookie was nice touch.

The rooms are nice, and it is pretty quiet being downtown. Breakfast not included and a bit pricy in are opinion. And a note if you have to use there parking, hopefully you don't have a large/high vehicle because there is like only 10 spots to park.

Room was small and not well laid out. There was little space to move around and it was quite uncomfortable. At check-in, no assistance was available to help with bags or car, even when I asked for some help as we arrived from a long perilous drive in a winter snowstorm and were in a rush to get to our evening event in Ottawa.
