Stayed here for a weekend in Ottawa and had a wonderful experience. Hotel is close to everything including Parliament Hill. Staff were very helpful and Hassan was especially helpful upon check in and parking. Will be returning!

We had a great experience at Arc the Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, informative and professional! The hotel was very nice, clean, and close/walkable to many restaurants, Parliament Hill and many other cool spots. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really great location, good room size. Overall tired looking room. Bathroom could be in better shape - towel rack was so rusty, we didn't want to use it or put our towels on it. Walls very thin, could hear everything from the room next to ours through the walls.

Nice and quiet. Very nice and friendly staff. No direct access to the parking, okay in summer, not so much in the rain or winter. Lovely lounge for a drink. Chef didn't shut down the gas after their shift and the alarm went off ,had to evacuate the hotel...

Excellent bed & pillows. Walkable to downtown very easy. Friendly staff. Not the ARC’s fault but there is currently a building being demolished close by & it is noisy at 6AM with heavy trucks & back up alarms etc.
