Staff not very helpful. Common courtesy to offer help when seeing guests struggling with their luggage. 4 or 5 staff just standing there at reception area staring at you as you make your way up. Not what I experience at other hotels.

We booked this hotel specifically because of its revolving restaurant, which was highlighted as a key feature in the Expedia listing. To secure the reservation, we chose a non-refundable option. However, upon arrival, we were very disappointed to learn that the revolving restaurant was closed. There was absolutely no mention of this closure on Expedia or in the hotel’s description at the time of booking. This lack of transparency was frustrating and misleading, especially given that the restaurant was a major reason for choosing this property. The hotel should update its listings immediately to avoid misleading other guests.

Very comfortable and recently renovated room! Felt very clean and smelled great. We had a view of the Parliament Buildings from our room on the 24th floor. Only negative to say was at around 9ish on Saturday morning there was some drilling and banging that sounded very close to our wall that woke us up. Wouldn’t normally be an issue but we were at a concert the night before and out late so were trying to sleep in. Other than that we were very happy with our stay and the Starbucks attached to the hotel was a plus.

Hotel is great, very clean and spacious. It's very walkable to find food etc. We also walk to downtown and Gatineau area - a bit of a distance but it's doable. The location is great, I feel safe to walk my dog at night around the hotel.
