Looks good but not functional

The property and rooms were very clean. Staff were efficient and professional. The rooms had a few problems. They are not even close to sound proof. A night club was playing music till late and it sounded like it was right in my room. The elevators were also very noisy all night. Couldn’t sleep most of the night even with ear plugs.
