The location was excellent and parking our vehicle in their underground lot felt very safe and secure. I loved that the suite had a full kitchen with dishwasher. We were able to make our dinner and breakfast in the suite. The only thing I have a minor complaint about is how dark the suites are. Even with all the lights on, it felt very dim and dark. Another positive is the pool. The kids didn't want to leave. There were even pool noodles available to use. One thing to note is that it is in very close proximity to a strip of shelters. When you are driving towards the hotel, you see the sidewalks very full of patrons standing outside.

Unfortunately the shelter is right across the road. Didn't have any issues, but not the most visually nice area. The rooms a nice and big. The floors don't have carpets - which is clean, but not cozy. Cost of hotel okay but not stellar considering shape of hotel. Best part is big rooms and kitchen area. Walks to downtown or university. Parking way cheaper beside shelter. Overnight parking also free on streets - so check out times for free overnight parking.

In a wonderful location. Poor overall indoor physical condition. Our 2-bedroom suite was smelley, carpet dirty, worn down, and falling down in one corner. Window was stuck and could not be open.

We have stayed here many times. Location is the draw to this hotel. Right in the middle of downtown close to restaurants shopping and entertainment. Rooms are clean and lots of space. Staff was great easy fast check in.

This is the perfect location for our family. The rates are reasonable and the space is fantastic. Access to a full kitchen also helps us to save money on food! We love this location!

Great for families

The stuff was excellent and very friendly- everything we asked for, answered immediately. The kitchen was amazing with everything we needed, perfect for families. The pull up sofa bed in the living room was not good and you could feel all the springs. Nut for adult sleep but for the kids it was decent. Overall it is a bit old building, but only the windows were squeaky. The rest was fine, the unit was very spacious.

Excellent value for cost! The full kitchen was wonderful. The cleaning staff were wonderful. The check in agent arriving was wonderful and great service. The floor and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner on arrival.

Room was not as clean as expected for a hotel. The main bathroom was very clean but the ensuite bathroom looked as if the bathtub wasn't touched (soap dispensers almost empty and stray hair found on the dispenser). Kitchen floor and faucet also had food stains. Staff was very helpful in fixing a slow bathroom drain.
