Positives: rooms, staff, location Negatives: bathtub/shower had no grab bars, and since step up into bathtub was high, more elderly people may find it difficult to get into and out of. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Only valet parking available, which was expensive.

Very nice hotel but the water pressure on the shower was too too too low. Unfortunately This is a deal breaker for me. Also too much noise on the steer after hours and can hear inside our room. This was most likely because we were on a lower floor (2nd floor)

Staff were very helpful and polite! The room was spacious with enough room to store our luggage and walk around. Loved the location to downtown Ottawa and would highly recommend having brunch at the restaurant - the potatoes were so delicious! We will definitely stay here again.
