Great location, staff very accommodating and courteous, the room was clean, large and nice. We had a large 2 bedroom and was perfect. I will definitely stay here again when in Ottawa and would highly recommend.

Room was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Parking was a breeze with in/out privileges. The room is fully stocked with dishes and cutlery. My only single complaint is that there were no blackout curtains so the room was very bright even at night from the city lights. I like darkness when I sleep.

Excellent stay! We got an early check free in even though it said there was a $75 charge. We got a free room upgrade and front desk staff very friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Bed comfortable. Quiet, and great location as well. Highly recommended!
