It was a one night stay for business. I would have liked to see a clock on the bedside table so I didn't have to fumble around to find my phone and time in the middle of the night. Also, there was no safe in the room. No ability to lock valuables therefore I had to carry them with me which I didn't want.

Clean and quiet. Great location. Wish the rooms would keep complimentary fresh water bottles considering it's the peak of summer. Staff at checkin seemed agitated with any questions i would ask. Otherwise all staff at check out was helpful and smiling.

For the price, the better options is the Fairmont Chateau Laurier. All the little things just a step up at the Fairmont. Things that could have been better: view, A/C was not fully working, bed/pillows were not comfortable for us, elevators a bit junky.
