During the night, the noise coming from the main door which is just in front of our room was terribly noisy. We couldn't sleep at all. Overall, the room was clean but small, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

This hotel was a fantastic little gem. Booked it not expecting anything special just thought it would be a handy little spot for an after holiday break in Ottawa . What an absolute surprise. Staff friendly, curtious,and everyone went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is spotless the rooms have everything you need and more. you can park onsite the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Coffee available all day. I could go on and on. Don’t hesitate to book here you will be pleasantly surprised it was far more than a place to sleep. The hotel has some very cool artwork as well.

The hotel is well located to explore the city, by foot and also close to public transport. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast had a good variety of choice and was tasty. The room was clean and comfy.
