The Business Inn is our go-to hotel in Ottawa. It is affordable and consistent. Check in is always friendly and easy. Access to the elevators is controlled so safety is not a concern. The free breakfast isn’t gourmet but it is good with lots of options on the buffet. These are the reasons we keep staying here when in Ottawa.

was pleasantly surprised by the size of the mini-suite. Lots of room & all the conveniences anyone would need even for a week long stay. Full fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishes & 2 large flat screen tv's. Had king bed & also pull-out couch. Breakfast was complete with eggs, meats, juices, cereals etc.... Room was very modern & clean. Underground parking was extra at 25$, but very practical with the winter conditions outside.

Great Surprise.

What a great surprise. Th room was an old one bedroom apartment. Full kitchen with dishes and cutlery as well. The staff (Albert) was very accommodating and helpful.
