Functional, practical and great price

A very comfortable and practical place to stay. It is not luxurious, but respectable and great value for the low price. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and selection was quite good, although everything was served on single-use plates or containers, but at least they were paper and compostable.

Very impressed with this hotel. It is an older building but so convenient to walk to attractions. Rooms were very clean and large and easy to relax in. Staff were all so pleasant. Will definitely stay here again and recommend anyone going to see downtown Ottawa attractions this is a perfect location. It exceeded my expectations!

We love the place and will be back again. spacious room with kitchen. kindly setup sensor lights for the night. Breakfast have plenty of choices, even offer pod coffee, water bottle in bag to go. great location and services. it is better than Marriott Hotel we had stayed.

Reliable, clean and convenient

We stayed there for four nights and we have stayed there several times previously. It is really an apartment hotel. It is not a luxury place, but it is clean and well equipped. The free washing washers and dryers are a big asset and the rooms even have laundry baskets. We did not have the free breakfast so can’t comment . The location is very good to reach downtown and there are restaurants close by.

Loved the amenities and spaciousness of the room. Breakfasts were amazing. I would definitely choose this facility again if travelling to Ottawa. The only downside was that the $10/day deduction for omitting room service was shown on my receipt, but was not deducted from the overall total, so ended up not receiving the promised deduction.

Inside the hotel it was nice and safe, but the second you walk out of the hotel their is beggers and vagrants. Hotel should keep a posted security guard at entrance and perhaps with a gun to scare these terrible people away.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay! Staff was very friendly, and room was very clean. We were expecting continental breakfast but that wasn’t the case at all- warm breakfast sandwiches, sausage, hash browns, egg bites and much more including nespresso which I was very happy about. The only “negative” of the property was that the furnishings are a little outdated. However everything was clean and well kept so we didn’t mind at all. Great value for money and would definitely stay here again!
