Super service, oui les chambres ont un aspect vieux mais c’est vraiment très propre, les lits sont vraiment très très confortable. Le déjeuner est vraiment de super qualité avec un très vaste choix avec même un petit sac prêt à partir avec une bouteille d’eau et collation pour la journée. Si vous n’utiliser pas la service de femme de ménage ils vous rembourses 10$ par journée pas utilisé. L’hôtel est à 15 minutes de marche du parlement.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to everything and within walking distance. A great free breakfast and really good price. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff friendly. Thanks for a great first visit to Ottawa!!

The AC was my only complaint. It was directly beside the bed towards the head. I couldn't seem to find a comfortable level on it. The king size bed took up a lot of that part of the room space. Tv was a bit confusing to operate. The kitchen and bathroom were good. Ample toiletries. Breakfast offerred many choices. Bottled water is offerred as well as a snack bag with bottled water. Located within walking distance to Wellington St etc if you are able bodied. The pros outweigh the cons. We stayed there before and would do so again.

The one bedroom suite and double bed suite was extremely spacious with comfortable beds. The provide breakfast was well appreciated. They had take away breakfast sandwiches and take away bag (water, ganola bar, cookie and a mint), which is very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again!

The bed is soft,my back started to ache. The breakfast served @7 am , it will be nice if they start @ 6:30-9:30 am. Sometime we missed breakfast due to early tours.

This property has a lot for the value. Free breakfast, laundry room, access free and detergent. Right across the street from a lot of restaurants. Easy access to transportation. Uber for a cheap.

Location and big apartment

The signature apartment was huge with separate bedroom and full kitchen. Fantastic location, walking distance to downtown attractions. Breakfast is nice too. The bed was too soft for our choice so slept on sofa bed.

The room was huge, fully stocked kitchen, steamer in the room for clothes, I was very impressed! The only down fall to me was lack of signage within the hotel, The layout was a bit confusing, you would turn a corner thinking you are going the correct way only to turn into deadend. By day 2 we had it mostly figured out.
