This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in a long time. We were put at the back end of the hotel one room down from where the cleaning staff got their supplies and washed the linens. At this area the cleaning staff were extremely loud from very early in the morning until late in the evening. They would laugh and joke and yell loudly and curse. I had to go to the front desk and ask the manager to tell them to be quiet. I also had to request them to clean our room on the second day we were there. During our stay one of the cleaning staff managers attempted to come into our room without knocking or saying anything; I was so angry about that it was me and my daughter so it was even worse that it was a man. Having somebody break in your room when you're relaxing it's not a good experience. Also there is no hot water so I had to take cold shower not fun. When I ordered the room I asked for extra pillows extra towels and to make sure that there was a refrigerator a microwave and a coffee maker. We had extra towels but not extra pillows, no microwave and the refrigerator is more a freezer because it froze everything that we put inside there drink wise. When I decided to tell the manager again about the issues as I was giving my key back to leave didn't ask if they could comp us I didn't ask for them to comp us as I didn't know if it was their policy to do so but they should have offered. And this is why I only give it two stars it's lucky to get the two.
