The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. Our butler was also amazing. The rooftop pool didn’t disappoint, however that was where it ended for us. The food and activities were subpar and the drinks were all watered down.

Overall the experience was very good. I had some inconveniences when they did not gave me the ADA room I had requested. That process needs to improve to better serve those of us who need those rooms as it is an absolute necessity. Housekeeping was also not great. I did not get enough towels, my mini fridge will not get refilled, and tv remote did not work. I had to call several times to request for things.

The food was the biggest disappointment. The food didn’t taste like food should taste. The buffets were huge but low quality, the desserts seemed dry and tasteless. The restaurants did not try hard with the food. It all seemed like because it was all inclusive they catered to the lowest quality instead of making the food amazing. The drinks during the day by the pools were watered down. One person in my group got a bug or parasite from the food our 2nd to last day and spent the rest of the trip in the toilet. The service was wonderful though. The people were great everywhere we went. The gym was perfect. The ocean had too much seaweed to enjoy going in which is not the hotels fault but it made the beach part of the trip less enjoyable. The hotel tried clearing some of the seaweed on the beach but it looked like a futile effort. The evening entertainment was fine. Not the same quality that we experienced at another hotel in Cancun the year before. I would not return mostly due to the food being so mediocre.

The property is gorgeous, really gorgeous especially in the common areas. Very modern. Very clean. Friendly staff. Good food and cocktails. What’s wrong with this facility is the old furniture and the awful smell of mildew in the rooms. I paid for an upgrade to Club level and for the price I paid I didn’t expect to see worn down dressers, tables, a couch with stains, other worn down pieces and stained walls from water leaks. Nor did I expect to smell of mildew. It was so strong it smacked me in the face entering the room. When I returned home my entire suitcase of worn and unworn clothes smelled so bad from the mildew. I wouldn’t return to this resort unless the rooms were entirely renovated and the mildew issues were resolved. Too expensive for the room conditions. Very disappointing.

I didn't like the checking in process, the personel of the hotel was very disoriented and disorganized , the room was not was i requested they give me an king size bed for a family of four , also the room bathroom not very clean it had mold on the shower area and the doors I also had issues with the a/c unit of the bedroom not working properly In general i would not recommend this hotel at all

The property was well maintained, the rooms were spacious and the view was great. The restaurants were good, the buffet was OK, and that’s why the buffet was not at all crowded for lunch and dinner. The resort has six restaurants you could go without reservations. The only one who needed reservations was the French Bistro restaurant and the experience there was great. Our butler Ahmad went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
