Highly recommend this resort. Top to bottom 5 Stars. House keeper Carmen is amazing and all bartending staff are incredible and FAST. I have to give a HUGE shout out to the Elegance Club beach staff Angel and the crew. You are all top notch! One thing we thought butler service was a little over kill and unnecessary but it’s a nice touch. You felt so taken care of at this place that the butler really wasn’t needed.. however some folks rave about their butlers…again just adds to how amazing of an experience it was. We didn't want to leave and we didn't have a bad meal. 5 Stars. BEST beach on the Cancun side of Mexico. Can’t wait to return someday:) Thank you!!

Food in buffets were so so, but stake house and French restaurant were very good. Staff in dining area were unhappy and management were awful. We were large group and did not see any care for accommodation for our large group (from management to staff). One of the worse place that I have ever seen in this aspect.

This property was fantastic and I would definitely return. The room was amazing and VIP access to the club was well worth it. There were so many dining/drink options and the food was top notch. By far the most friendly staff at any all inclusive resort I have stayed at. The entertainment throughout the day/night was great. The property was extremely clean and well taken care of! I would definitely recommend staying at this resort!!

This property is beautiful- the beach is amazing! Clean and warm and soft- no shells or rocky parts. I have stayed at all inclusive resorts in Mexico over 25 times and this buffet was the best - you could be happy if you ate only the buffet! The only negative thing to say is that you cannot see the beach from the Pools. That would be the only negative thing I would say. If you are a beach person, then this place is for you. The rooms are amazing. The food is amazing and the ocean and beach are amazing.

We loved Majestic Elegance! We would absolutely return. It was the perfect amount of fun and far enough from all the crazy spring breakers. The beach was fantastic! The bartenders were awesome, especially Victor (actually all the staff was really wonderful). I have been to all inclusives before where they cheat you on drinks but not here! The food was excellent and during the week we were there we never had to wait for the non reservation restaurants (Mexican, Italian, Steak, Buffet). The Japanese was tough to get a resv though. Be aware that Italian and Steak did not have wine by the glass and you had to buy a bottle. Only real downside is the pools were really chilly so we didn't like that. I wish they had been heated. The plunge pool outside our room I wish we could have paid to have it heated. Our room was described as Junior Swim-Up Suite but it was not an actual swim-up, it was a plunge pool so I don't think it is advertised correctly. That being said, i wound up loving it much better than the actual swim-ups because those had no privacy from all the other guests on their patio.

Staff took very good care of our requests. The room was in a great location for us. Property was well kept and anything we wanted we had access to. Would stay again in a heartbeat. This was our 5th stay at the Majestic Resort. They do a fantastic job caring for their guests.

When we complaint about the noise of the next door construction and the dirty hot top, the person helping us at the front desk had an attitude. Also, when we checked in they assigned a room that was already occupied. That could have been a disaster, luckily the people in the room were dressed when we entered the room.
