This was are second year at this property. Last year was really nice, great food, nice room, we stayed in the Jr elegance club swim out 3000 block. This time we did the same but in 2000 block. I have a couple of complaints. We pay extra for the club swim out, we share that with the other club members, with what we pay, they shouldn't let just anyone use that section of the swim out. This year we had people at our swim out using our recliners ext. We didn't have that problem last year. I asked our butler and he said that anyone can use this. Well why did I have to pay more for us when anyone can use it? That area should be used only by club members because it's right out of our room and we paid for it. It should be private and that's why there is the public pool on the property for everyone to use. Second, the food wasn't as good as last year. It didn't matter if it was buffet or restaurant, it definitely wasn't that great. Everyone that works there that we came across was very pleasant. Next year we will be staying somewhere else. They should definitely change the pricing on the swim out elegance club if anyone can use it. It's not fair to those who paid more for it.
