As seen in other reviews, the staff are incredible. Not one request was met with anything but a smile and prompt service! The pillows are some of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The breakfast buffet is HEARTY. Perfect for both the business traveller and holiday maker. I couldn’t have been happier

Good hotel

Wonderful hotel everything was prefect for 15 nights. The staff was very pleasant and helpful the hotel was clean and elegant location was perfect. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in and overall I think the best hotel in Madrid.

We booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport and it did not disappoint. Our room on the fourth floor was very quiet and extremely clean. There were blackout curtains at the window, so the room was very conducive to a good nights sleep, which we sorely needed before an early departure flight the next morning. Also, the hotel offered the services of a free shuttle to the airport. All we had to do, was give the front desk a time for pick up. The shuttle arrived on time and the driver was courteous. We had no problem catching our flight.
