We’re checked in and then we went to the our room the Bed was dirty and has hair I called the manager and they came and replaced the Bed sheets ,by the way the hotel lobby has just 6-8 only The entrance doors very heavy , If you order Uber some time they missed the location

Lovely hotel unfortunately we only booked it as it had a roof top pool On the first day went up to pool and it was empty! Asked receptionist and was told it was having maintenance done so a huge disappointment The bar prices are double that of all the other bars and restaurants we visited on our three day trip No view from the room would have liked a street view Otherwise staff very friendly and bed comfortable

I was given an accessible room which was not what I had booked. I refused this room and was given another. It was an adjoining room and I could hear the people next door and I am sure they could hear me. I think when you are a solo traveller you are given the worst rooms.

Nice hotel - upscale with great location. Great security, very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was very lovely as well as rooftop bar and restaurant. Downside was that it was noisy. They had a banquet in the hotel and we could hear percussive music that didn't stop until 12:30 am. Also there was a dangerous doorstop in our bathroom with sharp jagged edges.

We loved this hotel! We were also here during the Madrid blackout and the staff were incredibly patient, accommodating, and helpful. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
