Wow, this hotel is A+++! We loved everything about it. Our room was so cool, on the 4th floor overlooking the Plaza Mayor. The lighting throughout the hotel and in our room is awesome and romantic! The restaurant decor is fabulous and the staff were all top notch. We would have loved to use the beautiful spa but ran out of time. I might return to Madrid just to stay here again! Loved it so much. Thank you all!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Team is very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast has good options for everyone, make to order service is quick. Even though the location of the hotel is in the busy touristy area, inside the building is very peaceful and quiet. Easy walk to all main attractions, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Very safe. Will recommend.

Lovely hotel right on the Plaza Mayor and walkable to most major attractions as well loads of dining options. Really friendly staff made us feel very welcome with complimentary water and chocolate every day. A bonus having the spa to relax in after a day sightseeing.

The hotel is beautiful, close to awesome dining and shopping, and the staff were all so helpful! The room was adorable, especially with the Juliet balcony. We would choose this hotel again, if and when we get to revisit Madrid from the states.

Loved the property and everything about the hotel. The spa and indoor pool were amazing! Gym is underwhelming but it’s nice to have a little bit of a gym over nothing. Rooms were great, very comfortable. Location was great. One of my favorite places I have stayed!! Can’t wait to return.

Very well located. Rooms are kind of small, but in very good condition. Right in the heart of Plaza Mayor. If you're driving getting to this location can be tricky due to heavy traffic and narrow streets.
