I loved how well maintained and clean the hotel was. Everything felt in great condition, and the customer service was very good and attentive. The location is perfect if you’re visiting Madrid as a tourist and want to explore the city center, since it’s right on Gran Vía, close to the Capitol building, shopping areas, and many other attractions. Before booking, I had read some reviews mentioning street noise, but once you close the shutter it’s actually well insulated. Of course, you’re in the heart of Madrid, so there’s some city buzz, but nothing disturbing. Overall, a great stay!

We had a lovely room with a balcony, even though the city was extremely busy and we were in the thick of it, when we closed the shutters on a night we never heard a thing. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were great

We enjoyed the 4 nights we were in this hotel. It was very clean, room service did an outstanding job every time. People checking us in were very friendly and would politely greet us every time we went into the hotel. It’s ideal location since its on Gran Via, I was skeptical about the noise at night but that was never an issue. One thing I didn’t care for was breakfast it was just ok so we only had breakfast once in the hotel. Once you step outside of the hotel there’s countless coffee shops and restaurants so finding something treat close by it will never be an issue. Metro stations there several nearby. I would gladly stay here again next time I’m in Madrid.
