Great hotel. A little noisy unfortunately, walls seem a bit thin and same for doors. Constantly hearing people talking and yelling through the walls and doors. But great location, convenient. Hotel is clean, staff are nice and helpful, lot of taxis always around. Walkable to many things.

5 Stars – Excellent Stay in Madrid! We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Madrid! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—friendly, helpful, and always professional. The location couldn’t have been better: perfectly situated in a beautiful, safe, and walkable area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time in the city. Everything about our stay was convenient and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Madrid!

Mi estancia en el hotel fue solo por una noche para conectar vuelos local y trasatlántico. Hice el check-in online asi que a mi llegada al hotel fué muy rápido obtener mi llave. Hacía mucho alor en Madrid y me proporcionaron una llave adicional para mantener el AC encendido. Lo elegí por la ubicación y porque tiene beneficios Silver y Gold. Cené en el restaurante y me sorprendió la excelente calidad del platillo que elegimos y el servicdio. Mi única sugerencia a la administración de la propiedad es que hace falta un espejo en la habiración. Solo cuenta con el del baño. Lo recomiendo ampliemente

I have booked a Junior Suite room with breakfast at hotels.com and when I arrived they said that the breakfast wasn’t included. The room was much smaller than listed in hotels.com. The WiFi service broke down for more than 1 day and they didn’t offer any incentive. They said that it happened and I had to deal with it. Overall a poor experience based on the amount of money that I paid for the room. I will never go back or recommend this hotel. I lost business do to the problem with the WiFi and they didn’t care. I e-mail the same day to hotels.com but I have never received an answer or any help

Awesome hotel location!! Friendly and welcoming staff. Very nice brunch cafe. Beautiful room that was clean and comfortable. Such a convenient neighborhood near restaurants, shopping, and main sites. Would recommend this hotel to others.

This property is well located and on a quiet square not far from the Gran Via. The building is attractive and the rooms fine. The reason that I am giving it a bad rating is due to the staff at the front desk and the fact that we had no wifi for more than 24 hours. When we checked in we were not notified AT ALL about this issue. (later after trying to connect for 20 minutes we went down to the lobby and noticed a sign saying that there was no wifi). I could not get my hotspot to work in the hotel either so we were VERY inconvenienced by this. The front desk personnel was very sullen and not helpful at all when asked when we might be having service again. I stayed at the Hotel Regina before coming here and I so wish I would have stayed there. Having no wifi for 24 hours and not even offering your guests a free drink for the inconvenience? Wow, that is a poor hotel. The man who runs the breakfast area is a doll and the other staff who work there could learn a lot about service from him.

The rooms are smelly ( mouldy) tiny- they were our worst nightmare. The worst hotel rooms we have ever experienced. They do not mention the size of their rooms while booking & they absolutely smell terrible. The staff really doesn’t care. We had to sleep for 5 hours before our flight & ran from there.

Perfect location to walk to most places (15 mins at most 25 mins). In a quiet neighborhood but walk a couple mins and you’ll be surrounded with a mixture of locals and tourists. Food was easy access and spectacular, none of those tourist traps. Felt safe walking as a couple whether it was 6 am or 12 am. Would recommend and come back to one day. Staff overall were amazing. Kind, helpful, and informative with any and all recommendations. breakfast every morning was great. Lots of fruit, meats, and cheese options.
