Bed bugs in my bed and no discount granted

They exchanged my room to another. I requested a discount and could was not granted. The restaurant sorry to say was not good either. I spent two days. I go often to Spain but will not go ever again back to this hotel. Spoke to Pascual at reception.

AC not cooling, minimum service in shuttles

AC was too low and it was hot in the room even when setting it at its maximum option. The thermostat did not allow to set the desired temperature. There was no body wash and conditioner in the shower, just a one liquid for all, which is quite poor offering. This hotel used to provide guests with a convenient toothbrush, but now there is not even a mini soap. Also, there was only one shuttle to the airport per hour. By the time I tried to get a spot for the next morning, the busses for two hours (8 and 9) were already full. In August, there should be more frequent shuttles. The checking in and out was excellent.

Loved this hotel ! Super clean, friendly and has a convenient 24hr airport shuttle. Not near buses or bike rentals. About a 20-25 min walk to malls and grocery stores

The rooms are dark and quiet to allow for Travellers to rest during the day hours . The staff were helpful . The shuttle bus left early and stranded me only to have to wait for a taxi which left me late to check with the consequence it cost me 300 Euro to change my flight . Better advised to rely on taxis than the hotel shuttle

Not enough shuttles to the airport

Nice and clean hotel. However, the shuttle to the airport should improve. They need to offer one every 30 minutes instead of one every hour. We could not use it because it was sold out for the most popular schedule. The pool closes too early and the restaurant is overpriced.
