I will came back in my next trip. Closer to mais attractions as museums and botanic garden. Hotel is very good, but above all guest services is impeccable.

This hotel had many 5-star ratings, and after staying there, they are all legit. The hotel had a contemporary vibe, and the interior design was exquisite. I could only give the staff 5 stars as there was no 6-star rating. They were genuinely warm, caring and constantly ready to help. The location was perfect for those wanting to take a walk through the renowned Retiro Park and many beautiful historical edifices. There are many small bistros with delicious tapas up the street that are lower-priced and more affordable than the hotel (i.e. El Brilliante, Canas y Tapas, Sudalkea). And if you're coming by train, it's just across the street. The heavy traffic on the busy boulevard in front and the street construction making ingress/egress hard was a nuisance, but that's not the fault of the hotel. We'll definitely stay there again.

There were various dishes to choose from for breakfast; Breakfast location is on the 7th floor and includes both the indoor area and the terrace outside with great views. The hotel is conveniently located, close to Atocha station and connections to the airport as well as withing a walking distance to two museums.

Fantastic staff.

Quirky lobby. Brilliant staff. Handy location as we arrived by train. Short stroll to Retiro Park and half an hour to Plaza Mayor. Just be warned that there are roadworks at present (June ‘25) so the noise and dust make the balcony redundant, but that’s just now.

We stayed for only one night, but the staff at the front desk were excellent and we were so grateful they were able to check us in early since we’d been traveling overnight and desperately needed to sleep. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to be close to the Atocha train station.

We stayed at the Only You Atocha twice. The location is by Atocha station, El Retiro and the Museums, which was perfect for us. We walked into center city for other attractions. Everyone was lovely. We were frustrated when we wanted dinner and rooftop (which is really lovely) was closed for a special event and a waitress didn’t know what all was available but the manager stepped in and was fantastic. The layout of the place is different. We really liked the hotel.

Lovely hotel! Greeted us with a nice glass of cava (or water if you preferred). Upgraded our room due to our silver status. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Concierge service went above and beyond helping me find a local leather smith to purchase my daughter a purse. Housekeeping was great. Would definitely stay there again!
