Location, Location, Location

Pros: Excellent location, right on Gran via. Easily walkable to sights. Lots of food options nearby and there are starbucks everywhere. Food market is less than .5 miles. The staff are friendly. My husband and I even got 2 free tickets to the palace. Room is big enough for two and I like that there are a lot of drawers. Cons: The room is kinda dark. The shower has a great rain shower, but there was a drainage issue. The shower floor seems to slope away from the drain creating a puddle of water. The doors to the shower and toilet are made of glass. It’s okay if you’re a couple, but not when you’re with family or friends. Overall, it was a great stay in Madrid.

This Hotel is located in literally the heart of the city, at least from the touristic POV. Although the entrance might give you the wrong impression, the hotel is beautiful, cozy and quiet rooms with all the expected ammenities, it has a nice little terrace, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. It's worth every cent, we've stayed at the Hyatt also in Gran Via and the Riu and this place is BY FAR way better. Looking forward to be back.

Location is great, but frankly it was quite busy and noisy. Pool was closed, which was something I didn't expect. The entrance to the hotel is almost hidden, reception is on the 9th floor, which was a bit odd to me, but overall the place was nice and welcoming.

Best hotel to stay in downtown. Centric to everything! I stayed for 6 days and I never took any bus or subway, everything’s steps away from the hotel. Breakfast yummy, staff friendly and accommodating. Clean, clean and clean I highly recommend this place.

Excelente valor un espacio perfecto para que ellos que buscan espacios modernos con alto diseño y divertidos. Habitaciones que me quedé a pesar de qué es pequeña tiene todo lo necesario está súper bonita y bien diseñada. Nunca me había quedado en esta cadena anteriormente pero al conocerla me parece fenomenal. El desayuno está muy completo y tiene una vista súper bonita de los Techos y la montana. Al bajar estas en el centro de la Gran Vía que puedes caminar al restaurante café y tienda

Although this hotel is in a busy area convenient to shopping and sites, it was very quiet in the room. The room was lovely, comfortable and very clean with all necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace was amazing, with a bar that served food also. The breakfast area had a terrace also with a great view and great breakfast choices. I will definitely return!

Visiting Madrid, and staying at Macarena must be together. Great place, conveniently located in Gran Vía, close to all touristic attractions, and very safe. Fantastic breakfast until noontime, and the reception desk and all staff are going the extra mile, always with a smile. Highly highly recommended
