I booked for 4 adults and specifically requested king and 2 twin beds. I ended up with a not so great king and a lousy uncomfortable sofa bed that my adult kids had to share. It was advertised as a family suite with 2 separate rooms but the rims are very crampy and the overall sqft was less than a regular room in other hotels. Hotel amenities were ok.

Excellent central location in Plaza de España, steps from Gran Vía. The rooftop is outstanding, offering 360º panoramic views, perfect for sunset drinks and photos. Restaurants and bars are modern and convenient, with a strong breakfast buffet. A great choice for comfort, views, and staying right in the heart of Madrid.
