The finishes of the hallways was terrible . Friendly staff , roof top was nice but didn’t like that non guest having access , too many children around and crowded. Took away from the sunset vibe that I understood was supposed to be an adult environment .

Lovely property but the elevator situation is really frustrating. We spent probably 20 minutes over the course of our 2 day stay waiting to get to or from our room as the elevator is so difficult to get a spot on. Otherwise, the room was lovely and the rooftop is fantastic.

It was ok. I thought the price for the night was very expensive for the accommodations. Pool was very small and the service at the bar was painfully slow. Tried to get on roof for a drink in the evening and there were no special arrangements for hotel guests. Had to stand in a huge line to wait for a table to order a cocktail.

Great location but be aware the square Plaza Espana across the street gets a lot of action and can be noisy until late. Excellent restaurants, sight seeing and shopping close by. This is a skyscraper with great views of the city.
