Everything was excellent, all the staff we spoke to were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and was really impressed with the size of the room, also had a great view of the plaza. Great choice of breakfast options. Good location, metro right outside. This is my second stay at Riu Plaza España and love the location. It is at the bottom of the Gran Via which is full of theaters, attractions, and restaurants. The metro is by the corner as well as bus stops. The service is upscale and the breakfast buffet is great.

Coffee at room bad awful / instant coffee is not longer an option brewing water please! My expectation by branding and payment made is below standard. No benefits at roof for guess. Too commercial. I won’t stay anymore. Breakfast fast food style come and go. I changed from Melia and VP Plaza España to Rio and it was my big mistake by far.
