Nice hotel, but no A/C

Good location, nice hotel. However they had no air-conditioning and it was hot. When asked, they said they have a single system which shifts from heating to cooling in May or so, and suggested we open the windows! Never mind the constant noise, and sirens outside I realise they could not have done much to remediate the situation, but they should mention this is bold letters during booking. Our stay ended up being very uncomfortable due to this

A hotel out of the the ordinary

Well, I chose this hotel because of the nice reviews but honestly I didn't think it would be that good. But it was! Beyond expectations 💖 Friendly welcomed by the hotel doormen and the receptionist. The room was very clean and quiet, with comfortable bed and pillows. Large wardrobe with lots of hangers. We loved the bathroom, with both bathtub and shower and two sinks. Really appreciated our own terrace. The breakfast buffet was gigantic and delicious. The 360° roof bar was nice, crowded though. It was a pity that the pool wasn't open for the season yet but you can't have it all - maybe next time 😊

Amazing high end hotel in central location.

This hotel is very centrally located in Madrid within walking distance to all the tourist locations. We stayed in a Junior Suite with amazing views from our balcony on the 10th floor. The room was amazing, large, comfortable with all the luxuries you'd expect. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great with a huge choice and even mimosa's, lovely touch. The rooftop bar is a must visit with great food, breathtaking views across the city and a glass walkways for those brave enough.

Worth coming back to.

We enjoyed the overall experience and had a great view from the room. The only minor draw back was that our room was located below the Club 360, and we heard some excessive noise (furniture dragging?) presumably when staff were opening or closing up. No cover for the club was nice but a VIP area would have been better, given the room cost. Staff was over-all very helpful, and it was nice to store our luggage before check-in, leaving us free to bounce around the city a little with the location perfect for easy sightseeing. Honorable mention to the breakfast buffet, we loved it!

A/C was not turned on so the room was a little warm at times. Elevators were quite small so crowded at peak hours. The room only had one plug near the desk that was European specs. Sofa was uncomfortable and pillows kept sliding. Breakfast was excellent with many options. Front desk staff were excellent and helpful. Hotel was in a great central location and very close to several top attractions.
