Endless leaking toilet, called manager who said he would look at it, but nothing was achieved, would have kept me up all night but hubby turned the tap off. Wifi dropped out continuously, was crap signal from the start and didn't get any better tv was outdated big time.

The room was very run down and quite 1/3 world. The staff was disinterested and more interested in childminding his child. I checked a second room to see if any better. When deciding to stay with room paid for, the air con was through the window, attached with cords, the TV did ot work, the towels were very worn, benches in disrepair. I sat in the room for 15 minutes but decided it was not of a standard in which I could stay. No use of any facilities were used. I paid the reception $20 for cleaning as I had 'sat' in the room and he said a full refurndx from Expedia would follow

Overall the motel is extremely dated, car park is extremely tight only really suitable for small vehicles. The bedding was clean but could also do with a freshen up with new blankets and pillows as blankets where very old and scratchy and pillows almost no existent.

This is an exceptionally run down motel. In fairness, it provides everything it promised - teas, A/C, clean queen bed. But it is a grim, depressing room that has received zero love for many, many years. From the shaky door locks to the antiquated TV of unknown origin, it has a decidedly unsettling vibe and a strong smell of cheap cleaning products. I couldn't bring myself to spend a night there. I walked out and put the keys in the overnight box, and checked into the Mercure.
