It wasn’t terrible. The hotel itself was nice but between the housekeeping crew screaming down the hall to each other and all the banging from what I believe was construction or renovations going on, I couldn’t barely sleep. Probably won’t go back.

I stayed there on the night of January 6, when the lowest temperature was -3 degrees Celsius. The room was really cold. The heat made a lot of noise, but it would not heat the room. I woke up at 2 in the morning because I was freezing. Someone came up to the room and brought up a blanket. When I said to her that, despite the noise, the heat was not working, she looked at her phone and ignored me. The blanket helped a little, but I was cold the whole night. I mentioned it at the front desk when I checked out in the morning (a different person was manning the desk then) and I did not get any comment or reaction from her except a sorry in a very low voice. 人手が足りないのか、チェックインでかなり待たされました。事前支払を済ませていたのに、現地精算を求められ、「おかしいな？」と思ったのですが、その場でお支払い。部屋にて確認したところ、やはり事前支払を済ませていたので、その旨伝え、返金していただけることになりましたが、チェックインの波が過ぎ去るまで30分ほど待たされました。 空港から近いと思っていましたが、歩ける距離ではなく、公共交通機関は複雑で、結局タクシーを使いましたが、T4からはUberが捕まらず、空港タクシーを利用して€22かかりました。こういった類のタクシーは現金払いを求められますが、案の定現金払いでした。 ホテル周辺の治安はあまり良くないように感じました。ホテルのロビーでクスリの匂いがしました。

The common areas are rather unkempt. The walls in the rooms are thin so you can hear everything happening around you (suitcases hitting the floor and rolling upstairs, babies crying in the next room, people slamming doors and walking down the hall). Reception was kind and beds were comfortable.
