Find Central Vancouver hotels

Small room but very clean well maintained. Great location at downtown Vancouver, easy to go anywhere. The most important thing, the price is the best at downtown.

To begin we booked our room a few weeks in advance for two adults and one child. We also requested that we needed to have a roll away bed for our son. The website gave us a choice of a king bed of two double beds. We choose a king for us and sent an email to the hotel that we were not just requesting but needing an extra bed for our son. We were really disappointed with the hotel. We had booked a king room with a roll away bed for our son. We found out once we had arrived that there was not enough room for the extra bed. They insisted that we were to have a 2x double bed room. My husband and I tried to explain that we would still need a separate bed for our young son. We are not tiny people. We (Two bigger sized adults) do not fit comfortably in a double bed and our son move around a lot in his sleep. Their attitude was like tough. This is what you get. But we can up grade you to a harbour view. Which turned out to be a pool view only. The hot tub water was dirty and the jets did not work. When we went to check out we were greeted the same way we had the night before. I am finding the customer service at this hotel has gone down hill and we will not be returning.

Higher beds would be nice

Very much enjoyed out stay. Our room was ready very early, we were given a complimentary upgrade. The pool, hot tub and gym were quite nice. The location of the hotel is perfect for getting around downtown. Beautiful views.

One of the friendliest and nicest hotels I have stayed at in a while. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very courteous and our stay was very relaxing.
