I booked a hotel so I could get some rest and had loud construction which sounded like a drill shaking my room at 8 am until about 11… I was trying to hav one day to sleep in as I have a new born baby at home and a broken foot and don’t get any of that. Also my shower gel was completely empty so used what was left of shampoo, not exactly what was expected. Pretty disappointed and going home sore and tired,

This is a premier location, with top tier rooms, in one of Canada's most vibrant cities. The room had terrific appointments, with a small refrigerator, espresso machine, and excellent closet and drawer space. The bed was luxurious, and extremely comfortable. The view from my upper floor room was terrific. And best of all, the Pan Pacific delivered exceptional value in the luxury hotel niche. I will patronize them again the next time I am visiting Vancouver, without a doubt
