Great hotel

I have stayed here many times and I am never disappointed. I got upgraded to a harbourview room with my hotels.com status and it was gorgeous. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Convenient for trade shows. Parking is stupid expensive and very poorly communicated. The hotel is showing it's age a bit with things like lack of USB outlets and clocks that are designed to dock the original iPhone.

This is my second year staring at pan pacific Vancouver. Personally I enjoy the old luxury feel- the pool/hottub views are amazing as well as room views. Ideally located to walk anywhere- we will definitely come back and keep the tradition going! Also anywhere that offers room services is a plus

Overall nice stay but wish the check in/check out process was a little more efficient. Took about 20 minutes each time and there was only a couple of people ahead of us. Would be helpful to have more staff to assist people . Also wish there were better casual dinning options within the building . Nice rooms and comfy beds, also appreciated the anniversary cake .
