Very nice staff at check in and out. We were staying at the hotel for a weekend in Vancouver for my 40th birthday and the team made it special with a yummy birthday cake! Was a great stay, good location.

Hotel and their only one opened restaurant are operated understaff during Dec24-26th. Room is dated and two lamp switches did not work. We a family of three checked out at 2am in the morning due to uncomfortable mattress in Room 816. Wish that our stay experience will be better next time

Very clean & quiet. Nice size room, bed was very comfortable. Room was always cleaned before returning from an outing. Hotel was centrally located and easily accessible to public transport. Walking distance to many different areas, restaurants etc.

The check in process was great. The beds were comfortable. The view was beautiful. Staff were friendly. Location is convenient. Proximity to parking was easy. Hot tub was nice. Room was not cleaned that well or restocked with items (cups, etc.). Small room for the cost. Saunas didn’t seem to be working. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back!
