So the Staff was absolutely amazing and tried their best to ensure we had the best time however, we had bedbugs get us in the room in Feb and then when I stayed again in March. They really did a great job of handling the situation, however there were still bed bug bits on us when our group left after 2 nights stay. Everything else was fantastic! So it’s hard to rate as the customer service was really great.
