i really liked the aesthetic of this hotel! it is in a great location near granville street which is where i spent most of my time, and the easy access/short walk was perfect!

Good hotel in central Vancouver

Good hotel in a city centre location. Rooms are around a central courtyard and it has a coffee shop attached which is nice. Only issue was that it’s directly opposite a hospital with an emergency unit and I got woken several times during the night with very loud sirens. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely centrally located hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and nearly you needed and more was provided (iron, ironing board, nespresso machine, kettle etc.). Inner courtyard area was nice to chill out in and at night is lit up beautifully. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Check-in is from 4pm, I arrived very early, 1130 and was able to access my room straight away, which was a pleasant surprise. Hotel is near a hospital so you do at times hear a few sirens, but that did not bother me. If I return to Vancouver I will definitely stay here again!

Lovely old school hotel. The staff were very good, and the ability to hire bikes (for free) was excellent. Hotel is in a good location for shops and facilities. Only downside was the shower pressure was very low and there are a few vagrants sleeping rough near the hotel. Otherwise very good.
