The Burrard is a great hotel! Loved the location and easy access to many restaurants/ downtown - very walkable. Rooms were small and sink was super small in bathroom - required adjustment as we were family of 4. But the other aspects made it easier to overlook it as we were out all day.

Way too expensive

There is no way you can put this hotel (motel) in the same class as others purely based on cost and level of modernization. Shower water pressure terrible, bathroom basin would be appropriate for a child only; AC was very loud. They need to spend some money and upgrade this place

The room was modern and clean. The staff were bery helpful and accomodating. The one issue was the portable air conditioner is very loud. The area outside is noisy as it is downtown Vancouver across from a hospital.
