This hotel was in a good location and it was very clean and nicely furnished and kept. The room was spacious, the bathroom nice and clean. The room could have done with more lights - because there's only ambient lighting, it's too dark when you want to 'do' something that needs proper lighting, like packing, unpacking, writing postcards etc. The window didn't close properly, so there was a fair amount of noise coming through. Keep in mind that there is a hospital across the road, and ambulances sirens go off all night.

Pleasant, updated motel in Central Vancouver

Decent midsize motel and centrally located on Burrard Street in Vancouver across from Saint Paul’s hospital. Was disappointed originally when I pulled up upfront, but found a service, quality of room, and bathroom to be of above average quality.

The front desk person James was so friendly, helpful and professional. He gave us a very warm welcome and we were able to check in a little early due to one of us being unwell. The hotel is very clean and well positioned nearly restaurants, shops and a grocery store. We also received complimentary drinks and snacks. Highly recommended.
