Great location for access to waterfront, convention centre and more. Quirky hotel with some unexpected amenities (free water/coffee, late night chips/non-alc drinks, free bikes, etc.). Great price for downtown Vancouver as well with helpful and efficient staff. Only downside was it is across from a hospital so lots of sirens at night and the shower pressure and temp weren’t lacking.

The staff takes time to approved my free parking, they said I have to pay at first then I show him the offer that was stated here in this site. And he only allowed 1 car but we have 2 cars. So I have to find a place where we can park the other car in cheaper rate compared to their charge rate. We able to check in around 1230mn which is too late already and check out @8am

There was no breakfast. It is not included. There is a coffee shop attached to the hotel where you can pay for a meal. Misleading. Not sure if this is the app or hotel fault.
