The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. They provided chips and beverages each evening. They even stored our luggage for us i have to check it out so that we could enjoy the rest of our visit before we departed.

The mattress is awful and needs to be replaced as it sinks in the middle. We tossed and turned all night and woke up over and over again and have sore joints. We generally stay here when we come to town for shows at the Queen Elizabeth theater, but doubt we will ever stay again for fear of another bad mattress. Also, watch the loose hairs we found in the bathroom tub.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We had a great stay. The staff were lovely, very tidy, also a different vibe the hotel gave an LA vibe! Happy hour snacks everyday, a cozy fireplace. Love the free bike rentals and umbrellas (although we didn’t need them). The only reason I docked a star was because on Expedia it claimed to have free continental breakfast which it does not unfortunately and we were kinda hoping for that when booking.
