This was my second stay, and I will most likely return to EXchange Hotel. The staff was very polite and welcoming to us on both visits. EXchange Hotel certainly deserves its high ratings and serves an exceptional breakfast you want to include in your reservation. The facility is very quiet as we were over Pender St. on the third floor, and traffic noise wasn’t noticeable. Thank you, EXchange Hotel!

Hotel was walkable from the cruise port and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our rooms were not accessible until close to 4pm. We explored the beautiful city of Vancouver as we went to the great aquarium and did a fantastic Gastown food walk while waiting.

AC didn’t work. Safe was locked when we arrived so we had to wait for someone to come service it. Front desk didn’t answer the phone several times. It’s frustrating to have to work so hard to get what you shouldn’t have to ask for. This place is too expensive for this kind of experience.

Staff was anazing, friendly and proffesional. We arrived at 9:30 am after a cruise just to see if they would store our bags while we walked around. They did an early check in for us at no cost and were able to get into our room at 10:00am. When we go back to Vancouver I will definatley stay at The Exchange again.
