The staff are amazing, and the room has a cools rustic feel. Great access to shopping, and other amenities around the area. They let us check in early, and were very helpful directing us to the paid parkade. Being an old building, it wasnt very quiet, the bed wasnt very comfortable, the shower isnt convenient for anyone 5'8 or taller, and there was a weird smell in the hallway. Breakfast server was very kind, but the fook took a long time (we were the only guests inside at that time), and it came out cold, and wasnt very good. Probably wouldn't be my first choice if I went downtown again, due to things listed, and it was a bit pricey.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Moda Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the Waterfront. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. But what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff - they were always happy to help. I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to excellence. I would highly recommend Moda Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in downtown Vancouver. Rating: 5/5 stars Pros: - Friendly and welcoming staff - Perfect location - Clean and comfortable rooms - Excellent breakfast buffet - Attention to detail and commitment to excellence Cons: None!

Staff was great, very nice. King size room was a tad small and tight in bathroom but it wasn’t awful for just two of us. TV is a bit small, just an FYI. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. Parking was confusing so be sure to call ahead of time to figure that out. Overall good place and great location, especially for the price.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The bed was very comfy, though I wish the pillows were more flat. It had a very cozy interior and the staff were very nice and friendly. Great experience overall.

Fantastic location. The hotel is older but you get just what you pay for. Staff was very friendly and helpful and while the parking is across the street, it is secure and reasonably easy to access. Good value in an expensive city.

I’ve stayed at Moda numerous times. It’s a perfect location in the entertainment district of the city with lots to do in the neighbourhood. A perfect little boutique hotel that goes beyond the price point.

The Moda Hotel is a quaint property with a great central location, minutes from Vancouver's nightlife on Granville Street and a short walk from shops (namely Cadillac Fairview's Pacific Centre Mall). The only comments I have otherwise would be an unpleasant odour in the elevator and dated rooms. Nevertheless it's a pleasant stay, though it could do with modernized touches - it reminded me of European hotels, with 'old school' decor and single pane windows don't necessary block out the noise of bustling Seymour Street. I would recommend this property, though if you're looking for high-end accommodations this may not be for you.

the staff were great. The room was a place to sleep as that was all I wanted. The place was quiet and a short taxi ride from everything I needed to do. I love their chandelier, it reminder me of Chilhouy;s work
