They are doing renovations, and they had not fixed our room. Three lights switches didn’t do anything. The light at the bathroom mirror was not working so getting ready was challenging. The door gaped and cracks in the ceiling were patched but not textured. The tile in the bathroom was broken in two places and one spot on the carpet was exceptionally sticky.

The AC had not been turned on previous to our arrival on a very hot summer day. It took 3 hours for the room to cool to q bearable temperature. Other than that we were very pleased

We rented two rooms, one for my wife, my kids and myself and the other room was for my parents. We were taking a road trip. If I would've known what we were gonna get into, I would've never booked the rooms.They were having all their rooms remodeled. Four rooms next to us were being remodeled. Our rooms were next, apparently. But with that being said, they should at least still clean the rooms. But they didn't. It was dirty and disgusting. Things were broken inside the room my wife and I stayed in. The TV did not work, there was a broken lamp, there was a belt, some dirty socks in one drawer, a receipt in another drawer. Dirt and debris in one corner, and the floor was not level where the tv stand was on. The cabinet the fridge was in was busted and water damage on the bottom. They did put clean sheets on the bed and the bathroom was somewhat clean. We kept are shoes on the whole time because we didn't know what was in the carpet. Their hot tub was broken. The washer and dryer that was available did not look clean what so ever either. My parents room was better than ours, but still dirty. Luckily my wife brought a bottle of Clorox wipes with, so we wiped down both rooms. Yes, we could of asked for a refund right away and found another hotel, but we were tired and ready to relax for the night and we were on a budget. So we stuck it out for one night.

The staff was very helpful. The property is undergoing a much needed remodel. There were pallets blocking multiple parking spaces and the rooms were is bad shape. I expect that when a property is under repairs, that it should be noted in the description. Not a nice surprise after a long day on the road. Doubt we will be staying at a Wyndham property again.

I booked 2 smoking rooms via Expedia. I did not get them, as far as I could tell they didn't have any to begin with.. The woman checking us in had no idea what she was doing...her words, not mine. Hot tub not working,Breakfast was ok, nasty cheese in omelets. Overall I'm really not happy considering how much I paid. Also no room remote, had to get maintenance to come.no tray for coffee pod. All in all, disappointing
