We celebrated our anniversary and had a wonderful stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! The restaurants were excellent with a wide variety of food options. The staff truly made our trip special. Silvia and Ricardo did a great job running fun and engaging pool activities, and Irving was amazing at helping us book activities both on and off the resort, including jet skis and a boat tour. Walter made check-in easy and welcoming, and Christian gave us a great welcome tour when we arrived. The room came with butler services and our butler, Adriana, was the BEST! She provided outstanding service and was very attentive and accommodating! Overall, an excellent experience with exceptional service.

The resort is a little dated but the grounds were beautiful, and so was the beach. The resort restaurants were conveniently accessible. Love that all walkways are covered. Dining selections were average and could have more options. Overall a nice resort.

Amazing Family Vacation at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! My family and I stayed at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres from January 2nd to 9th, and we had an incredible experience. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The food was great with lots of variety, and we always found something delicious at every meal. The amenities and overall atmosphere made the entire stay feel special. The service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and truly committed to making our stay enjoyable. I want to give a special shout‑out to our Expedia Ambassador, Krystel, who went above and beyond throughout the week. She checked in regularly, helped us with reservations and questions, and genuinely made sure we were having the best possible vacation. Her support made a huge difference! We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres to anyone looking for a memorable, stress‑free holiday. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time over Christmas Break. The property went out of it's way to make the holiday special including Santa arriving by Helicopter, decorations everywhere and a foam party. The staff was wonderful - they made sure we were having a good time and that everybody was having fun. Shout out to Paola & Jesus who the led the super fun aqua zumba classes. We really enjoyed Flavors & the Bistro and thought the quality of the food was very good.

We enjoyed everything. We would like to recommend more vegetarian options or Halal food. We only eat Halal meat which made it hard to enjoy the food here. The room service should have more options for vegetarians and more dessert options. Last, we loved the box idea in the rooms where employees drop off anything room service related. We chose this place due to the reviews online - it is a pricey place for what we experienced. The rooms, if you get a one bedroom suite, are awesome for families. The pool was freezing - even when it is hot outside, it was barely tolerable for our kids to get in the pool. The service was so-so - good service when someone came to you, but not always efficient. The gym is big, but it needs a lot more free weights and cleaned better. There was only one rack of free weights. The food is good, but not exceptional. I also feel like all-inclusive isn't really all-inclusive as they try to have you buy wine (at much higher prices than restaurants in the USA) in order to get reservations at the restaurants. The beach is amazing - best part of the trip.

The rooms were nice and spacious, as were all of the restaurants. We never had an issue finding a spot to sit and enjoy. The staff were all very pleasant and kind. Especially Kevin who was working very hard down at the beach. We would return. It was nice to be at a very full resort but not have it feel busy at all.
