From the moment we arrived at the front door, our experience at Majestic Elegance Cancun was nothing short of exceptional. The warm welcome from the reception team set the tone for an unforgettable stay. A special thank you to Benjamin, Rubi, Xiomara, and Misael—as well as many other wonderful staff members—who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Our room was impeccably clean throughout the stay, and the mini bar was consistently stocked, which we really appreciated. The staff was incredibly attentive, always checking in and ensuring we had everything we needed. The buffet offered a good variety and quality, typical of resort-style dining. But what truly stood out were the specialty restaurants—we dined at the steakhouse and the seafood restaurant, and both were absolutely fantastic. The flavors, presentation, and service exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Majestic Elegance Cancun to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-serviced, and beautiful getaway. We are already looking forward to our next visit—we’ll definitely be back soon!

Every single employee greeted us and was super helpful, the entire trip! Our butler, Teresita (Tete) was phenomenal and went above and beyond! The room was decorated (birthday) upon arrival and she catered to our every need. The food was exquisite, with the French restaurant being our favorite dinner, followed closely by the steak house. Frank at the spa was also super thorough as he walked us through our hydrotherapy session. Even the entertainers at the main pool were on top of their game, getting people involved. It was an amazing stay and we can’t wait to go back!

Excellent stay as always. We love breakfast at the Italian restaurant. Our favorite meal for dinner is with Juan and Jose at the steakhouse. The room was beautiful and we love the swim out. We would suggest not having it be a haste to get a towel. The go Majestic man near the 4000s rooms was very stingy on towels. Overall great place.

The property and accomadations were beautiful. I liked that it was not in a commercial atmosphere but instead in a quiet atmosphere. The staff were wonderful and the food was delicious! Having more than one lobster at a meal was awesome!! The only think that I did not like was different restaurants were closed during the week but we weren't able to find out on which days they were closed to plan accordingly. Likewise we had a hard time telling when the special nights were ahead of time.

Our first experience at Majestic Elegance costa mujeres. I’ll start with the excellent service and the FRIENDLY staff. Our concierge Eduardo (Lalo) was very helpful, kind and always made sure we were up to date with the activities and with everything we needed from the start. The food and drinks are EXTREMELY good in every restaurant/bar. We will definitely be back in a future , no regrets . My best experience in Mexico!
