Disappointing! If only I could include photos!! The apartment room pictures online definitely didn’t match what we walked into. The room was below par, especially the bedroom. Patchy paint, cords hanging from bed head/bed side table along with it not being attached to the wall properly. The carpet was tattered, smoke detector exposed - functional? Who knows. No valance on the bed, ensemble base stained, fan was clunky and not working properly, bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly & only one plate in the whole apartment kitchen. The only thing going for it was the amazing view and location. I’ve paid less in Southbank for a nicer room! All in all, disappointing.

The staff were very accommodating, held my bags and delivered them to my room and offered to take my Woolies delivery if I wasn't back from sight seeing. Great location to Southbank and public transport.

An amazing view

We arrived during the stated reception hours, but reception was closed. We phoned the number on the front door and were let into the building and guided through obtaining our key from the lock box, so it wasn't a problem. The apartment was a good size and clean. It had a long balcony, running the length of the apartment, which was great. The view over Brisbane City, the river and Southbank was amazing. We often sat out on the balcony just enjoying the view. We enjoyed our two night stay at this property and would stay again.

Apartments book were not the same as in web site was a completely different building. Booked a two bedroom apartment one with queen bed and then other with two single beds but when arrive the single beds were bunk beds not suitable for 80 and a 60 year old woman Plus Maintenace to the rooms was nil screws not in chairs Would not book here again

Other than the property being under maintenance it was very well maintained and noted to the updates. The apartment itself was very well and would definitely stay again

The room was very small, the bedside lamp only worked when plugged into a very old power board and plugged into a powerpoint on a side wall, creating an obstacle to manoeuvre around to get into bed. small outdated bathroom. More signs around the property about rules and banned activities than facilities available. Was way overpriced for the standard of room. The view was as advertised.

Excellent location right on the river. Beautiful view from our apartment. Some aspects looking a bit tired. Pool wasn’t particularly clean but the room itself was clean and tidy. Really easy check in and very accomodating staff - helped us check in and store our luggage even though we were well ahead of the check in time.

The best! So clean. So nice. The view is wonderful from the balcony. You are super close to the south end and everything is has to offer. Would stay again! Huge space that 3 people could be in and not have to feel cramped in a hotel room
