Good size for a basic room. Easy walk to Roma St train station. View of the river and motorway. Can't open windows so it felt quite stuffy and the bathroom centilation wasn't great. It was great to be able to shut the doors to the bedroom in case one person wa up later or earlier than the other.

Level 21 with eastern view straight down river was awesome. However. Upon arriving and entering bathroom the shower drain smelt like a sewer. Doused the plug hole area with shampoo and seemed to go away. Bed and work desk were great, plenty of space. Bed was nice. Well sound and light proofed. Sliding bathroom door needed fixing as didn't close tight and condensation got into main sleeping area. Toilet wouldn't stop its flush so had to jiggle the button a bit. Not enough shelving for clothes. Prison-grade toilet paper. Shower pressure average. Pool great. Location awesome to cbd and river and everything else.

The hotel is positioned right on the corner of the Brisbane river so our room view gave a fantastic view in both directions. Apartments are a good size

At the price I paid, the hotel was great value, but it is quite away out of the CBD, with limited dining or shops or anything to do close by. The room was quite good and well set up with a good range of kitchen equipment. Each room has a document you can fill out to report faults, things not working etc, which is a great idea as it saves staff forgetting what they are told.

Staff at the reception were very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the view was beautiful, looking over the water way. Room with kitchen, fridge and dishwasher. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely not hesitate to stay again. Would recommend this hotel!

The room had an excellent view of the river. The location on the river-bend provides views in both directions. This room with a river view cost a bit extra. The staff were very helpful in organising for a sofa-bed to be set up at short notice as another person unexpectedly joined us for a couple of days. The apartment was large and quite well-equipped and clean. The hotel is near Roma Street station (which has direct trains from airport) and quite convenient to the QPAC and museums on the other side of the river. It is slightly out of the main part of the CBD. The restaurant provides breakfast but is mostly not open in the evenings. No-one seemed to know which evenings it would open which made it difficult to plan dinner. However the Transcontinental Hotel is nearby and a good place to eat (we could also prepare meals in the room). There is a potential for road noise (due to busy roads nearby) but we were high enough up that it didn't matter.
